OSMC holds annual wellness event at new Granger location

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- OSMC held its inaugural “Play. Recover. Win.” community wellness and active lifestyle event at its Granger office today.

The family friendly event featured local businesses, wellness providers, fitness professionals and healthcare resources; all designed to educate the community about movement and recovery in a fun atmosphere.

Free massages, wellness infusions, dry needling, stretching and obstacle courses as well as raffles and giveaways allowed people of all ages to decompress and invest in their health.

The event proved you don't have to be in a big city to find wellness services.
