MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The new CAVA located on Main Street in Mishawaka is scheduled to open to the public on Wednesday according to a corporate employee. The restaurant held its soft opening Tuesday.

“Our mission is to bring heart, health, and humanity to food, and everything we do at CAVA is grounded in that spirit of generosity, to our guests, our team members, and our community,” said Gina Carlin, Regional Director. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to be in Mishawaka and continue growing our presence in Indiana.”

CAVA offers Mediterranean-inspired bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings.

The restaurant hours will be 10:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily.

CAVA is also opening a store on Eddy Street in South Bend, although the exact opening date is not yet known.
