GOSHEN, Ind. -- The driver of a vehicle in Goshen tonight, an 85-year-old male named Ronnie McCarthy, of Plymouth, was southbound on County Road 15, wanting to turn southwest, when he stopped beyond the stop sign and did not yield to oncoming traffic on State Road 119. 

A second driver, a 35-year-old male driver named Richard Rensberger, of Elkhart, then crashed into the rear driver's side of the first man's car, causing it to spin. The second driver as transported to Goshen Hospital for neck pain, while the first driver was uninjured.

The first driver was cited for Failure to Yield at entrance to through highway.
