2 IU Hoosiers go early in NBA draft

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Two former Indiana University basketball players are heading to the NBA. And it was a bit of history in the making.

Former Hoosiers guard Victor Oladipo was drafted second by the Orlando Magic. And former center Cody Zeller was drafted fourth by the Charlotte Bobcats.

Both draft picks mark the first time the IU basketball program had two players drafted in the top five.

The number one draft pick was UNLV freshman forward Anthony Bennett. He went to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
