SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Women's Flat Track Derby hosts its first tournament at the St. Joe County Fairgrounds in South Bend, featuring eight teams from across the U.S. Flat Track Derby is a high intensity contact sport of roller derby, where teams compete with four blockers and one jammer each.
South Bend Studabreakers will play three games against Steel City August 28 at 6 p.m., NOVA Northern Virginia August 29 at 6 p.m., and Arch Rival St. Louis August 30 at 6 p.m. The tournament will have 12 games in total this weekend.
