SB Common Council adopts Downtown 2045 Plan
Winter returns this week. Temperatures rise into 40s Tuesday, then fall through this weekend. There is a chance of snow every day, Wednesday through Sunday but the most impactful timeframes will be Wednesday night - Thursday morning and Friday Night - Saturday morning. Two rounds of lake effect snow, bring a range of totals based on location and wind direction. Expect winter driving conditions, hazardous at times under lake effect snow bands. High by next Monday will struggle to reach 20 degrees.
