BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. – “Berrien Reopens” is the name of a community group that created a website aimed at providing guidance and resources for business owners during the reopening process.
The purpose of the website is to ensure that businesses are prepared to reopen when Michigan’s stay-at-home orders are lifted.
“Berrien Reopens” represents a partnership comprised of the Southwest Michigan regional Chamber of Commerce, the Berrien County Health Department, Kinexus Group and Cornerstone Alliance.
The website is specifically intended to assist smaller companies, stores, and restaurants.
Rob Cleveland, President and CEO of Cornerstone Alliance, spoke to ABC57 about the reopening process and the challenges that Berrien County business owners are faced with.
