Warsaw Police searching for theft suspects

The two appear to be middle aged white men.
One is wearing a black hat with red sunglasses and a white tank top. His hair appears to be black and in a low ponytail with a goatee. He also appears to have a sleeve tattoo on each arm.
The other individual is wearing a pair of black sunglasses and a black tank top. He appears to have dark blonde hair in a buzz cut.
