UPDATE: Gas station now open after overnight shooting

UPDATE 2: As of 9:18 a.m., the South Bend Police Department has confirmed that the CITGO gas station shut down during the investigation is now back open.

UPDATE 1: As of 6:40 a.m., the South Bend violent crimes unit is investigating this shooting, though no suspect has been apprehended at this time.

Additionally, both victims are in the hospital with what the South Bend Police Department believes to be non-life-threatening injuries.

ORIGINAL CONTENT: SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- There have been two victims confirmed by dispatch after a call came in at 10:56 p.m. Tuesday of a shooting near the CITGO on N. Bendix Drive and Ardmore Trail.

No arrests have been made as of 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, and one of the victims was confirmed to walk into Memorial Hospital.

As of 1:30 a.m., police are still on scene.

Dispatch has not yet confirmed that police are actively looking for a suspect.
