Two suspects in custody, one on the run after local barn burglary

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police are searching for a third suspect following a burglary-in-progress call that came in Monday afternoon.
SJCP says around 12:30 p.m., officers responded to reports of a burglary in the area of Meadow Brook Lane and Cleveland Road.
"Upon arrival, they located a truck parked near a pole barn, loaded with several pieces of metal siding. The nearby home appeared to be abandoned," SJCP said.
"Shortly after, dispatch received a report from a witness who observed three males fleeing eastbound, jumping a fence and walking through tall grass near the Toll Road."
Officer located and arrested two suspects, 48-year-old Clayton Morgan and 46-year-old Clarence Sons. They were both booked into the St. Joseph County Jail on charges of Felony Theft.
