Two men arrested for fight at Blueberry Festival

PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- Two men face pending charges in connection to a fight at Centennial Park during the Marshall County Blueberry Festival.

Police were called just after 7 p.m. on Aug. 30 to the skate park inside Centennial Park near Michigan Street for reports of a large fight with weapons present.

Plymouth police officers and Marshall County deputies located 20-year-old Caleb Miller of Rochester. Miller reportedly began fighting officers when he was approached before he was detained.

During this time, the second suspect in the fight, 20-year-old Kyle Tidwell of Winamac, was taken into custody near the entrance of the Blueberry Festival.

According to the Plymouth Police Department, Tidwell had two loaded handguns on him. He told officers he was running from the fight when he was found.

Miller now faces pending charges of Felony Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Disorderly Conduct.

Tidwell has pending charges for Resisting Law Enforcement, Disorderly Conduct, and Criminal Trespassing.
