Tornado warning expires for parts of Northern Indiana

The tornado warning has expired for northwestern Fulton County and southeastern Marshall County, according to the National Weather Service.
A tornado watch has been issued for La Porte and Starke counties.
The watch is in place until 4 p.m. Monday afternoon.
