The Barker Mansion hosting a series of presentations on Architectural Styles of Indiana

The Barker Mansion

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. -- The Barker Mansion will be hosting a three-part speaker series presented by Indiana Landmarks. These three presentations will be offering in-depth architectural heritage of Indiana. It will also cover Michigan City's architecture landscape as well.

The three presentations will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, Saturday, May 24, and Saturday, August 23.

The first presentation on Saturday, April 26, will be led by Deb Parcell Deb Parcell, Community Preservation Specialist for Indiana Landmarks' Northern Regional Office. This session will delve into the evolution of architectural styles across Indiana, spanning from the early 19th century to the Mid-Century Modern era.

Tickets are available for $20 per person that includes the presentation and self-guided tour of The Barker Mansion or $25 per person which includes a guided tour and presentation. For more information and ticket reservations, visit the Barker Mansion's website.
