Summer’s Spotlight: New family resource center open in Elkart

The Strengthening Indiana Families Resource Center is now open in Elkhart.

The new Center, which is located on Bristol Ave, is one of nine pilot locations being opened across Indiana.

Summer Horan spoke to their coordinator, Nicole Haggin, about the opening this morning.
