Groundbreaking for phase two of ’The Cascade’
SOUTH BEND, Ind. - What took years of planning came to a close with a hurry at Notre Dame's Warren Golf Course. The 40th US Senior Open concluded with Steve Stricker raising the trophy, a win in his first appearance in the championship tournament. Stricker led wire-to-wire after record performances in the first few days. Ultimately, his 19-under-par overall score made for little drama as he outpaced David Toms and Jerry Kelly, who finished tied for second at -12.
In the video above, see our quick one-on-one conversation with Steve Stricker, as well as reaction from Warren GC general manager John Foster!
