SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The St. Joseph County Public Library held their annual Kwanzaa celebration Thursday evening.
Kwanzaa honors African heritage and it is celebrated from Dec. 26th to Jan. 1st.
The event featured an explanation of the holiday’s principles, musical and spoken word entertainment, and refreshments.
The celebration took place from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday at the St. Joseph County Public Library in South Bend.
