St. Joseph County Police asking for help identifying person, van in photos

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.—The St. Joseph County Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying the person and van seen in surveillance photos.
The surveillance photos are related to a theft under investigation by the Detective Bureau.
