Sinkhole develops in the 1600 block of S. Carlisle St. in South Bend

ABC 57 SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Residents of S. Carlisle St. in South Bend were stunned tonight when a small, round sinkhole appeared in the middle of their street.
Road crews have cordoned off the sink hole. Initially, residents initially circled it with cars and trash cans to keep people from driving there, while they called for assistance. We will keep you updated as the story develops.
