Silver Alert has been declared for 60-year-old man

MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. -- The Morgan County Sheriffs Department is investigating the disappearance of Rodney Harper.
Harper is a 60-year-old white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 170-pound, brown hair with blue eyes, last seen wearing a fedora hat, dark blue jean jacket and green pants.
He is missing from Quincy Indiana, and was last seen on Wednesday, September 28 at 3:30 a.m. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
