UPDATE: Shooting that left one injured at South Bend apartments ruled accidental

UPDATE: On Nov. 5, the South Bend Police Department has ruled the shooting 'accidental' and will not be classified as a criminal assault shooting.
ORIGINAL: SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- St. Joseph County dispatch confirmed a shooting at Miami Hills Apartments that occurred just before 11 p.m. last night.
One person is left injured.
They working to learn more about the victim's condition and any info about the suspect.
The investigation is still ongoing.
