SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- Another big program at the library this month is signing up for library cards.
September is library card sign-up month.
So the library is trying to get kids under 12 years old signed up for their first library card.
The library believes the younger the kids start.
The better attitude they will have about the library as they get older.
