ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – Schmucker Middle School will be accepting donations for their annual Thanksgiving Food Drop Off this weekend.
The event, hosted by the National Junior Honor Society, will be collecting nonperishable food donations on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The organization will be using this food to put together Thanksgiving baskets for Schmucker families in need this holiday season.
Donations can be dropped off in a contactless way at the front entrance of the school on Bittersweet Road in Mishawaka.
NJHS is asking for these donations to be placed in a plastic bag or box when it is dropped off at the school.
The SMS NJHS is hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drop Off on November 14th from 10am - Noon. We will be collecting non-perishable foods to fill food baskets for SMS families in need.
