UPDATE: All lanes are currently still blocked at 88.2 east bound east of exit 83 in Mishawaka. Traffic is slowly moving on the passing lane shoulder. 

Emergency crews are still on scene and drivers should still expect delays. 

ORIGINAL STORY: SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Indiana State Police have responded to a semi-truck roll over crash going east bound near exit 83 on the Indiana toll road. 

Traffic is being diverted at Mishawaka exit 83 due to all east bound lanes now being blocked off. 

Emergency crews have responded to the scene and drivers should expect delays.
