Plymouth High School PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- The City of Plymouth Utilities will be replacing a culvert at the intersection of E. Jefferson Street and Richter Road beginning on Wednesday, August 12 at 8:00 a.m.
This closure will affect traffic at the intersection and may impact normal routes to or from school. Please allow additional travel time and plan an alternate route if needed. Temporary detour signage will be posted.
The roadway will reopen as soon as the pipe installation and paving are complete.
