Richard Allen, Delphi murder suspect, moved to different prison

SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. - Richard Allen, the suspect in the 2017 murders of Libby German and Abigail Williams, was moved to the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility on Wednesday, according to WTHR in Indianapolis.
Allen was previously held at the Westville Correctional Facility in La Porte County.
In April 2023, Allen’s attorneys at the time filed a motion asking for Allen to be moved to a different prison, citing his poor living conditions at Westville.
