OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. -- Retired Captain of the South Bend Fire Department, Stewart Russell, was booked into the Oakland County Jail in Michigan on Dec. 12, 2025.
Russell is facing three Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) felony charges:
- CSC-1st Degree (Relationship)
- CSC-2nd Degree (Person Under 13)
- CSC-2nd Degree (Relationship)
Russell has court dates set for Dec. 19 and Dec. 23.
