Rees Theatre to premiere 'Triumph of the Heart' next week

PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- Audiences at the REES Theatre have the opportunity to view a first run movie premiere of "Triumph of the Heart" on Thursday, Sept. 11.
The film tells the story of Maximilian Kolbe, a Polish Franciscan friar who made an ultimate sacrifice during World War II. This sacrifice led to his canonization as a saint by Pope John Paul II in 1982.
"Triumph of the Heart" brings history to the big screen, combining both spiritual inspiration and cinematic storytelling.
“This is more than just a movie—it’s an opportunity for our community to come together and witness a story of sacrifice, love, and faith,” said Pat Popa, Managing Director of The REES Theatre.
“We are honored to host this premiere and share such an important film.”
The premiere begins at 7 p.m. at the Reese Theatre.
Tickets can be bought online or at the booth on the night of the premiere.
