Animal abuse case continues in Michigan City
BERRIEN COUNTY, Ind.-- The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be closing Red Arrow Highway at I-94 in Stevensville from Tuesday Sept. 10, through Monday, Sept. 16.
Closure is due to bridge beam setting and deck work.
The eastbound I-94 exit 23 to Red Arrow Highway ramp will be closed until mid-November.
Motorists should expect delays.
