NOW: Practical resale Boo Fest on Sunday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. --Practical Resale hosted its annual Boo Fest on Halloween, offering a safe, indoor environment for local families and children to trick-or-treat.

Approximately 135 vendors participated, handing out candy in the store's lot to costumed children. Some employees joined the festivities by dressing up as well, helping foster a fun and inclusive community event.
