Elkhart city council considers water rate increase
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Police have identified the victim of a shooting Wednesday morning in the 1900 block of South Michigan Street.
South Bend Police confirmed 55-year-old Jon Senour of South Bend died in the shooting.
Police say he was found in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound.
An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday in Kalamazoo.
A call came in around 9:45 a.m. reporting the incident.
According to police, two car crashes took place when the suspect was leaving the scene.
The Violent Crimes Unit is investigating the homicide.
