Police investigating early morning fire in South Bend

ABC 57 SOUTH BEND, Ind -- Police are investigating a commercial structure fire in the 2400 block of South Michigan Street in South Bend. The fire was under control and put out when our crews arrived. The fire captain telling ABC57 that there have been several fires started at the home, making it a repeat offender, and that the house was vacant.
