Police arrest suspects in string of armed robberies

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Police have made arrests in a string of armed robberies that happened May 20th and May 21st in Granger and Elkhart County.
South Bend Police and the St. Joseph County Police Department made the arrests.
The three suspects were arrested following a traffic stop in the 700 block of Lindsey in South Bend Tuesday evening.
Police arrested a 16-year-old male, a 16-year-old female and 18-year-old Caitlyn Scott.
The case has been sent to the St. Joseph County Prosecutor's Office for review.
The investigation remains ongoing.
