City of Goshen set to host International Women’s Day Luncheon
GOSHEN, Ind. - The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department says a person was struck and killed by a train early Monday morning.
It happened just after 3 a.m. at the tracks on Lincoln Avenue at 8th Street.
Police have not released any other information about the victim.
The road has since reopened.
