MISHAWAKA, Ind. - Penn and St. Joseph have been two of the premiere girls basketball programs in recent years. Now that they are both in Class 4A, the two met with hardware on the line.
The Lady Kingsmen took an early lead and held off the Indians to capture a 55-46 victory.
Penn advances to the regional tournament, where they will play in LaPorte on Saturday.
