BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- A well-known pastor and civil rights leader in Berrien County has been charged with criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree, according to the Berrien County Prosecutor's Office.
Pastor Carlton Lynch, of the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Benton Township, is accused of reportedly groping a woman's backside.
We reached out to Pastor Lynch about the allegations. He said, "It did not happen."
