Over 200,000 eggs destroyed in Kosciusko County tractor trailer fire

Silver Lake Volunteer Fire Department KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- 200,000 eggs have been destroyed after a midweek tractor trailer fire in Kosciusko County.
This happened Wednesday, April 8. Officials from the Silver Lake Volunteer Fire Department say the trailer was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived on the scene. Fire investigators believe the fire was caused by a brake issue.
The driver was not injured.
