One person injured in Cass County crash Saturday evening

CASS COUNTY, Mich. – One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash along M-60 on Saturday, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office reported.

At 7:30 p.m., deputies responded to the area of M-60 and Hoyt Street for reports of a crash.

Deputies at the scene learned that a Ford F-150 and a Chevrolet Cruze were traveling on M-60 when they sideswiped each other, reports said.

The driver of the F-150 was taken to the hospital for his injuries.

The driver of the Cruze was treated and released at the scene.

Deputies do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.

This crash is still under investigation.
