ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - Police say a man on a bicycle was struck and killed Wednesday morning in a hit-and-run.
It happened around 6:51 a.m. on Brick Road near Cleveland Road.
He's been identified as 61-year-old Ishayaa Diya of South Bend. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police reopened Brick Road around 9:45.
