PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- On Aug. 14 one driver was hit down a ditch and rolled over, trapping the driver and their passenger.

The call came in just around 12:37 p.m., and once officers arrived on scene, they found a 2019 Ford Explorer rolled over in a ditch.

The explorer was being driven by Diana Cole, with one other passenger.

LaPaz and Plymouth Fire and EMS safely extracted the trapped occupants.

The other vehicle, a 2017 Toyota Prius, driven by Rosalinda Munoz had front end damage after hitting the Explorer and was also located in the ditch.

Munoz was transported to Lutheran Air Ambulance.

Cole and her passenger were transported to Memorial Hospital.
