SOUTH BEND, Ind.--- The Notre Dame Alumni Association is hosting its 20th annual Family Volunteer Camp. The camp places alumni and their families with different nonprofits in the area.
The camp started July 7th and ends on the 26th. Each week a different group of alumni and their families coming in to South Bend, stay in dorms on Notre Dame's campus, and spend five hours each day volunteering.
Some of the non profits being assisted this week are the Unity Gardens, Hope Ministries, Center for the Homeless, and St. Margaret's house.
