Notre Dame student tests positive for COVID-19

A Notre Dame student who returned last week from London has been diagnosed with COVID-19. The student traveled from London to their home elsewhere in the United States, not Notre Dame's campus, according to university officials.

The student had already been self-quarantined at their home when tested for the virus.

The student's local health department will work to notify anyone who had been in physical contact with the student.
