Notre Dame Men's basketball's new assistant coach speaks out about plans for upcoming season

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The men's basketball team at Notre Dame has a roster consisting of a lot of new names, including the coaching team.

New assistant coach Tony Rack made himself available to media on Wednesday to talk about the new line-up, and how his players are anxious to prove themselves.

"You gotta have insanely motivated guys. You got a lot of guys who are like 'I got something to prove too.'"

The Notre Dame Men's basketball team will be starting off their 2026 season internationally, when they play Villanova on November 1, in Rome, Italy. 

We will have to wait a few months to wait to find out if their upcoming season will be 'blessed.'
