North Judson man found guilty of Child Molesting and Incest

Starke County Jail STARKE COUNTY, Ind. -- A 32-year-old North Judson man charged with Child Molesting and Incest in 2024 was convicted on all charged in a jury trial Thursday, June 11.
Sammy D. Bottorff was found guilty on three counts each of Child Molesting as a Level 1 Felony and Incest as a Level 4 Felony.
Bottorff was originally arrested and charged in December 2024 after months of investigations.
