KNOX, Ind. -- North Judson lead by 14 with a first quarter touchdown, but it's a game of two halves, and in the second half, the Blue Jays turned it up a notch, scoring 28 points in the third and fourth quarter for a 42 nothing victory over Knox.
Aidan McGowan scored two touchdowns, and Javen Christensen ran in a score as well.
After the game, North Judson head coach Brett Lambert said "it's almost like a reversal of last year, I think we just have more experience, we came out playing hard, we got after them. Knox played hard, probably just a few more mistakes because they're younger than us, but I love the effort from our guys, a lot of games ahead of us, but I like the fact that we dominated up front, I wasn't sure because we have a lot of younger guys, backs got it done and ran hard, loved every bit of it."
Looking ahead to week two, Knox will take on Pioneer, and North Judson will go on the road to face LaVille.
