NILES, Mich.--- The Niles - Buchanan YMCA kicked off its 2nd Annual Health Week on Sunday. The week long event encourages healthy and active living for those living in the Niles community.
The week begins with a health fair and expo sponsored by Andrews University. People who attend the expo will be treated to food, nutrition information, mini workouts, cooking demonstrations, local heath service information, and free health screenings.
On Thursday, the Veggie Truck and Spectrum Health Lakeland will be at the YMCA from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Throughout the week, the YMCA will be open and free to the public.
A valid ID is required for those attending who are 16 years old or older. Those younger than 16 must have a parent or guardian available to sign them in.
