FULTON COUNTY, Ind. -- The Fulton County Sheriff's Office confirmed at approximately 3:25 p.m. on March 12, emergency personnel were dispatched to C.R. 300 North and C.R. 600 West of a vehicle overturned in a water-filled ditch.

When first responders arrived at the scene, they located 79-year-old Linda Migonis of Rochester deceased at the scene. 

Upon investigation, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office indicated that Migonis was operating a 2015 Fiat northbound on C.R. 600 West, south of C.R. 300 North. 

The vehicle left the east side of the roadway and overturned in the ditch.

According to family members of Migonis, she had been missing since the afternoon of March 11. 

The investigation remains ongoing and foul play is not suspected at this time.
