One person injured in two-vehicle crash in Milton Township

CASS COUNTY, Mich. --Cass County Deputies reported to a two-vehicle crash in Milton Township, at the intersection of Kline Road and Redfield Street, where one person was injured. 

A 67-year-old driver was going across Redfield Street, south bound, when she failed to check for traffic, and crashed into a 22-year-old driver, who was going West Bound. 

That 22-year-old was transported to South Bend Memorial Hospital for injuries from the crash. 

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts, and drugs and alcohol don't appear to be a factor. 

The incident is still currently under investigation.
