MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Taco Evolution is a new restaurant in Mishawaka that is putting a unique spin on the traditional taco menu.
This new restaurant, located at 102 Lincolnway East, will open Thursday featuring dishes like Korean Barbecue Brisket Tacos, Buffalo Fried Chicken Tacos and more.
“It’s all about the flavor, it’s all about the quality and it’s all about the presentation. When I go out for tacos, I realize everywhere you go it’s basically the same thing. So why not do something and think outside the box,” said Samuel Ramos, Chef and Owner of Taco Evolution.
Ramos mentioned that their current menu took years to perfect and will continue to expand over time.
Open hours are set for 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. from Monday through Thursday.
