According to Cornerstone Alliance, some tenants began moving in on Thursday. Cornerstone says it sold the property to Pearson Construction in 2019 with hopes of building new market-level housing.

Harbor Woods is described as a luxury rental community, located near Whirlpool Corporation's headquarters and the Harbor Shores Golf Club. More units are expected to become available in February. Details about the housing can be found here.
