SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- The Parisi Ristorante has closed doors after 44 years of operation; in its place, a new housing development.
Located on South Bend Avenue, near Notre Dame, this new development will feature 39 units, each one consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Parisi Ristorante is scheduled to be demolished by the end of the year, with the first round of residents to move in by the end of 2026.
"They are going to remain as owners in the project," says Irish Realty Broker, Steve Smith. "...and of course, have lent their name to the project."
The condominiums will honor the legacy of the property, forever memorializing the site.
More information on the development of the Parisi Condos can be found here.
